MyPicturebook Designer is royalty-free and non-exclusive Software which is provided by MyPicturebook to allow its customers to personally create and design professional made books. Any updates, designs and templates will also be considered as part of the Software. This Software is a non-transferable internal use license under copyright to use, display, execute and perform the Software for the sole purpose of creating PictureBooks for production by MyPicturebook.

4. Book Content
Upon uploading, you hereby acknowledge that the content of book provided compels with the rules and regulation stated in our Terms of Service. MyPicturebook reserves the right to refuse to print any book that contains content that breaches any of the agreements and privacy policies of the company. We will not reprint or publish your book or its contents unless authorization was given by the book's owner/author. You will alert MyPicturebook if your book contains sensitive content such as nudity in order for us to make special arrangement in handling your book.

5. Submission
Content cannot be modified once it is uploaded to the website and MyPicturebook has no obligation to review the content that you have submitted. Hence, you agree that your book has been thoroughly proofed until fully satisfied, and that it is ready to be published. You are aware that your book file is free from any computer viruses, worms or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data before uploading it to our website. You further acknowledge that MyPicturebook is not required to keep electronic file of your book or maintain an archival copy of the printed book MyPicturebook has no ownership in any of your book content.

Personal Information From Other Sources
MyPicturebook may attain Personal Information about you from other sources like telephone or fax or from company websites. We may add this data to the information we have already collected to improve products and services we provide.

Feedback
